Studio LOHO opens Jonojé in Bruges: a total concept that combines a showroom, gallery, studio and living space with a luxurious B&B featuring six suites.
Jonojé offers six unique suites

In Bruges, Studio LOHO — the Belgian studio known for designing high-end interior projects, objects, materials and unique pieces — has transformed a former brush factory into Jonojé: a luxurious B&B with six design suites where craftsmanship, natural quality and originality take centre stage.
Jonojé is not a hotel in the traditional sense. The listed building of over 1,000 m², complete with a director’s residence and a 1,250 m² garden on the outskirts of Bruges, serves simultaneously as a B&B, showroom, gallery, living space and (photo) studio for Studio LOHO. Here, visitors quite literally step into the world of Studio LOHO — a world of beauty, quiet luxury and tranquillity, where everything is carefully considered yet nothing feels forced.
Six 75 m² suites
Jonojé Luxury Suites features six suites of approximately 75 m², each with its own atmosphere and a wide range of techniques and materials developed by Studio LOHO: organically plastered walls, freestanding ceramic shower cubicles, clay washbasins, organic ceramic switches designed by Maison Kallis and bamboo-slat structures, particularly in the ROKU suite.
In the unique B&B rooms, you can also discover and experience objects and custom-made creations that have made the studio so renowned, including the famous ceramic bathtub moulded from a single piece of clay, a signature example of their sculptural approach to interior design. Guests will also discover the cast floors decorated with graphic motifs made from clay residues.
For added convenience, each unit features a kitchenette with a dining table, refrigerator, minibar, coffee maker and kettle. Every morning, a generous vegetarian breakfast is served in the suite, featuring homemade sourdough bread and whipped butter, as well as cheese, jam and spreads from local artisans.
Guests staying at Jonojé can also rent bicycles to explore Bruges and the surroundings. With the digital guide and concierge, each guest receives personalised tips and routes for an inspiring stay.

About Studio LOHO
Studio LOHO is a Belgian design agency founded in 2017 by Karel Loontiens and Jo Hoeven. The agency develops high-quality interior projects and objects, materials, surfaces, prototypes and unique pieces that are manufactured in their workshops in Bruges. Their collection of clay baths, entirely modelled and fired from a single piece of clay, marked their international breakthrough. Given the enthusiastic response from architects and designers, the collection was expanded with new washbasins and original bathtubs, sometimes even designed in collaboration with artists such as Sharon Van Overmeiren.
At Studio LOHO, they strive to create designs that stand the test of time and are known for product and material design that is both innovative and sustainable. In an era where disposable products are no longer sustainable, their mission is to craft pieces that will be cherished for generations, combining aesthetics and lasting quality.
« We believe in a renewed vision of interior design. The rooms of a home are no longer purely functional; they become canvases for expression—places of beauty and comfort. From the bathroom to the living areas, every space should flow naturally, creating an environment that is both welcoming and soothing, where form and function meet in harmony »
