Save the Date: the 47th edition of Antica Namur will take place from 9 to 17 November 2024

The 47^th edition of the Antica Namur Fine Art Fair is scheduled to take place from 9 to 17 November 2024, at Namur Expo. Since its inception in 1977, the fair has established itself as one of the leading art events in Europe, drawing over 20,000 visitors including collectors and art enthusiasts from Belgium and beyond.

This year's fair will feature around 110 galleries from Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, and Luxembourg, showcasing a diverse array of artworks.

From great international houses to young antique dealers and gallery owners, the fair is presenting an eclectic selection that reflects the diversity of art history. Attendees can expect to discover decorative arts from the 18th and 19th centuries, old masters, modern and contemporary paintings, antique and artists’ jewellery, and furniture representing various historical periods.

Important Belgian galleries such as ARTIMO, Early Birds, Claeys Gallery, Bernard Deleye, Haesaerts et Le Grelle, Ming'Ki, Muller Jan antiques, Raf Van Severen, or NF art gallery, and international renowned galleries such as Arts d'Australie - Stephane Jacob, Bouisset Bernard, Galerie Capazza or La Maison Papon are presented alongside exciting newcomers such as Florian Kolhammer, Blue Art, Art Revival, Stephane Olivier and LKFF Art Projects.

Notably, Antica Namur is recognized for its extensive collection of furniture (antique, vintage, modern and contemporary), which sets it apart from many other fairs where such offerings are increasingly rare. But this year, the fair will also welcome an incredible exhibition of Japanese contemporary ceramics: the Delville collection.

Through conferences, highlights and other initiatives, Antica Namur intends to give visibility to the key artists and works present at this 2024 edition.

Over the years, Antica Namur has built up a reputation for excellence that makes it an imperative rendezvous for all passionate art lovers.

To ensure the authenticity of the artworks, 25 experts will conduct checks prior to the fair and two of them will be available throughout the event to provide information on the presented items. The fair not only caters to seasoned collectors but also invites young newcomers who may be inspired to begin their own collections.
